A sandbox is Cowbell's environment where a partner can submit test accounts and quotes.
You will need an agency id and API keys from the staging environment.

Authentication
In order to get started, you’ll need an API token. An API token is similar to a password and allows you to authenticate against Cowbell's API.
The Get JWT Token endpoint generates an access JWT token that must be used on all subsequent API calls.
