Create a new Quote for a policyholder account. accountId, agencyId and other quote details are required. If accountId is missing, account details are required. If agencyId is missing, agency details are required. Cowbell’s recommendation is to call this endpoint at a minimum 15-20 seconds after calling the Register Account endpoint.
